October 2005 news: The next step

Following the recent Executive Committee meeting which reviewed the latest shocking survey results, it was decided that Oliver Letwin MP will now arrange a meeting in London, hopefully in November, jointly with the BBC, OFCOM and DigitalUK (the new name for SwitchCo). SWEDBAG will be represented by Oliver Letwin MP, Jim Knight MP plus two/three committee members. Because the meeting is still some way away, we are still accepting late survey forms and will do so until just before that meeting, so keep sending them in! Note: As Jim Knight MP is now also fully supporting the campaign, we have modified our name to South & West Dorset Broadcasting Action Group (SWEDBAG) to more properly represent our structure - this should add considerable weight to our campaign.
