At the last meeting of SWEDBAG, Graham Plumb, Head of Distribution Technology for the BBC, promised to investigate further where there were major clusters of viewers who complained about analogue TV reception, and where the BBC thought there should not be a problem. Graham plans to issue a report, after further study, giving recommendations for householders based on their findings. We hope that it will help to clear up why so many residents were reporting "poor or can't receive" on their survey forms. |
